Outdoor furniture

Dear SPHA Residents,

The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) is in the process of renovations at most properties. These include kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, power-washing, and exterior painting. As such, we will inspect all units in October and November to ensure the units comply with all guidelines. Inspections will also take place before, during, and after the work.

Exterior inspections will be conducted as well. Please remember only exterior patio furniture is permitted on the patios and portion.

The deadline to remove all unauthorized furniture is October 24, 2023.

SPHA now has standard exterior furniture samples that can be purchased at Walmart or Target. Below are some images for your convenience.
