The Draft 2024 Capital Fund Five Year Plan will be presented to the general public in public hearing at 9AM on September 28, 2023.
A presentation will also be made to the SPHA Board of Commissioners at the September 28, 2023 SPHA Board Meeting at 9:30AM. The meeting is open to the public.
