FSS Action Plan Draft
The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) will receive written comments regarding the enclosed proposed revisions to the SPHA FSS Action Plan during a forty-five (45) day public comment period to commence July 28, 2022 through September 12th, 2022.
SPHA created its FSS Action Plan in 2021. The updates and revisions of the FSS Action Plan are in accordance with recent changes made to the Family Self Sufficiency program by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in June 2022.
A summary of the changes is provided below. The overall goals and objectives to the FSS Program remain the same, but the additional revisions will help provide more clarification and guidance to the staff who implement the program, and increase opportunities for FSS families.
