The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) is pleased to announce that applications for the Palm Bayou Apartments waiting list will be open from Monday, August 19, 2024, at 8:00 AM through Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 5:00 PM.

Palm Bayou Apartments, located at 5046 First Street North in St. Petersburg, is a three-building development with 24 apartments, located near grocery stores, bus lines, and minutes from Downtown St. Petersburg.

1-Bedroom starting at $925.
