The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA), St. Petersburg, Florida, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified, responsible Offerors demonstrating their eligibility, qualifications, and interest to serve as a Developer Partner to SPHA and participate in planned development activities in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
A pre-submittal conference will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., at SPHA's Central Office located at 2001 Gandy Boulevard North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Although not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that all interested Proposers attend. Deadline for questions is 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
Qualifications submittals are due no later than 11:00 a.m. ET, on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
Document packages will be available beginning April 22, 2025 via the electronic sourcing platform, Housing Agency Marketplace: www.housingagencymarketplace.com.
