St. Petersburg Housing Authority Strengthens Organizational Culture Through Leadership Workshop

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) held a two-day Organizational Culture Alignment & Leadership Effectiveness Workshop designed to strengthen collaboration, enhance leadership, and support the agency's continued commitment to serving residents.

Held on July 21 and 22, 2026, the workshop, titled "Building the Future of SPHA Culture," focused on strengthening trust, improving communication, increasing accountability, and aligning leadership practices with SPHA's mission and vision.

The workshop was facilitated by Rosalyn Green of AMA Consulting Group and Jen Robinson of hrEdge Consulting, who guided participants through interactive discussions and collaborative planning exercises designed to help leaders navigate organizational growth while building a stronger workplace culture.

The SPHA team explored practical strategies to enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and improve leadership effectiveness across the agency. The workshop also provided opportunities for Board members, executive leadership, and staff to work together in identifying shared goals and reinforcing SPHA's commitment to continuous improvement.
