ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) attended the St. Petersburg College (SPC) graduation ceremony at Tropicana Field on May 13, 2026, to celebrate two of our Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program Participants. Rochelle Lancaster was one of the graduates recognized during the ceremony.
This achievement marks another incredible milestone for both graduates, who each also became homeowners through SPHA's Homeownership Program.
SPHA is incredibly proud of both FSS Participants for their hard work, determination, and commitment to achieving their goals.
