Drafts of the St. Petersburg Housing Authority's (SPHA) proposed amendments to the 2026 Annual PHA Plan, the 2026 5-Year Capital Fund Action Plan, and the 2025 Five Year Plan, and Proposed Revisions to the Public Housing Admissions and Continuing Occupancy Policy and the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan for the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) may be reviewed at the SPHA Central Office 2001 Gandy Blvd. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33702 and on our website, www.stpeteha.org.

Public comments on the proposed amendments and revisions may be sent via email to [email protected], or hand-delivered to 2001 Gandy Blvd. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33702 through May 27, 2026.

Comments from the general public and the SPHA Resident Advisory Board will continue to be accepted through May 27, 2026.

A public hearing on the proposed amendments and revisions will be held on May 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM, followed by a presentation to the SPHA Board of Commissioners at the May 28, 2026 SPHA Board Meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
