St. Petersburg Housing Authority Team Engages in Customer Service Training

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. - The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) reinforced its commitment to providing excellent customer service through a teamwide training meeting held on April 7, 2026.
The entire SPHA team participated in an engaging and insightful customer service training session led by communication consultant Beata Kaczkowska of Communication by Beata.
The session featured valuable lessons, interactive activities, and collaborative discussions as SPHA continues its ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality service to SPHA residents and the St. Petersburg community.
SPHA is the leading affordable housing provider in the city of St. Petersburg, serving more than 4,000 low-income households.
