SPHA Hosts Snack & Chat Event at Romayne Apartments
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) hosted a Snack & Chat event at Romayne Apartments on February 24, 2026. Designed as an informal communication forum, the event provided an opportunity to strengthen the relationship between SPHA administration and residents through open dialogue in a relaxed setting.
During the event, SPHA President and CEO Michael Lundy spoke with Romayne Apartments and Gateway Place Apartments residents about a variety of topics, including SPHA's Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program and Homeownership Program.
SPHA extends its thanks to the residents who participated in this thoughtful evening of conversation.
