This event will be an evening focused on helping Section 8 landlords succeed, scale their portfolios, and stay compliant in today's rental market.
This hybrid event (in-person + online) brings together landlords, housing professionals, lenders, and industry partners for practical education and real networking opportunities.
During the first hour, Bryan Chavis, housing educator and author of Buy It, Rent It, Profit!, will share actionable strategies for landlords working within the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program, including:
- Section 8 compliance and program updates
- Strategies to improve profitability and reduce risk
- Tools and resources available through the BRP platform
- Current opportunities for landlords working with vouchers
The event will also feature a Landlord Deal Pitch Session, where a few landlords can briefly present real investment opportunities, partnerships, or properties to the audience.
Following the educational session, the second hour transitions into open networking, allowing landlords to connect with lenders, service providers, sponsors, and fellow investors.
Both in-person attendees and virtual participants will have opportunities to ask questions, collaborate on deals, and build valuable industry relationships.
