SPHA Hosts Trunk or Treat Event at Disston Place Apartments

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) Asset Management Department organized a Halloween Trunk or Treat event at Disston Place Apartments on October 30, 2025. Families enjoyed sweet treats, creative trunk displays, and plenty of festive fun!
