SPHA Team Tours Construction Progress at The Edward White Campus
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - During the month of September, the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) team went on field trips to see the construction progress at The Edward White Campus!
Work is underway to renovate the former Edward White Hospital building, which will be renamed The Edward White Campus. The six-story, 121,000-square-foot building is being transformed into a multi-story affordable housing complex featuring 71 apartments for households earning at or below 80% of the area median income (AMI). SPHA will also relocate its administrative offices to the new development, and Evara Health will establish a clinic at the site. Completion is expected in 2026.
