SPHA President & CEO Michael Lundy Shares Updates at St. Petersburg City Council Meeting

ST. PETERSBURG, FL (SEPTEMBER 9, 2025) - On September 4, 2025, Michael Lundy, President and CEO of the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA), addressed the City of St. Petersburg City Council. Joining him at the meeting were James Dates, Chair of the SPHA Board of Commissioners, and Meiko Seymour, Commissioner on the SPHA Board of Commissioners.

Mr. Lundy shared updates on SPHA's resident services, current and future real estate developments, and the agency's long-term vision for the future.
