St. Petersburg Housing Authority Participates in Bay Area Apartment Association Business Exchange Event

ST. PETERSBURG, FL (JULY 17, 2025) - The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) proudly participated in the Bay Area Apartment Association (BAAA) Business Exchange event held on July 16, 2025, at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.

BAAA's Business Exchange is a reverse-style trade show hosted in a speed networking format that allows suppliers to connect with property management VIPs. Multifamily professionals had the opportunity to meet new supplier members and increase new product knowledge, creating new relationships in the industry.

SPHA Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Danielle Thomas represented the agency at the event. "This event was a fantastic opportunity to build relationships and discover innovative solutions to better serve our communities," said Thomas. "Thank you to Krystal Humphrey, Deputy Executive Director of the Bay Area Apartment Association, and the entire BAAA team for hosting such an impactful event."
