In Memoriam: Julie Middleby

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) announces the passing of our cherished colleague, Julie Middleby.

Julie joined SPHA in December 2024 as an Accounts Payable Specialist and quickly became a valued member of our team. She was known for her sunny smile, positive attitude, and dedication to helping others across the organization.

Julie leaves behind two children and a new daughter-in-law. Our deepest sympathies go out to her family during this difficult time. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
