SPHA Conducts Core Sampling at Site of Upcoming Affordable Housing Development
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - On April 3, 2025, the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) took core samples at the site of our upcoming affordable housing development.
SPHA is collaborating with Blue Sky Communities and Place Architecture on a new residential community, located at Hartford Street North and 32nd Avenue North, near the 34th Street corridor.
This new development is part of the St. Petersburg Housing Authority's ongoing effort to increase the number of affordable housing units in the city.
