SPHA Hosts Enlightening Homebuyer Information Sessions

NACA Representatives Dwayne Jordan and Miranda Page.

January 24, 2024

ST. PETERSBURG, FL - The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) hosted two enlightening homebuyer information sessions for our FSS participants and FSS waiting list members. The first session was held virtually on Monday, January 22nd, and the second was an in-person session on Tuesday, January 23rd, with a combined total of 37 attendees!

Representatives from NACA - Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, Miranda Page and Dwayne Jordan, did an excellent job explaining the opportunities for homeownership through NACA and the strategies that SPHA families can take to be successful in the program. NACA's mission is to provide affordable homeownership to low-to-moderate-income people and communities. SPHA extends our gratitude to NACA for sharing their knowledge!
