Public Notice - Waitlist Opening for Jordan Park Project Based Voucher (PBV)

The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) will be accepting pre-applications for its Jordan Park PBV Waiting List for three (3) bedroom units, beginning at 8:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, August 31, 2023, until 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, September 14, 2023.

The SPHA is accepting pre-applications online at www.waitlistcheck.com/FL2738.

No pre-applications will be accepted after the deadline of 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, September 14, 2023.

To be eligible for the Jordan Park PBV units, applicants MUST have income that does not exceed 60% of the average medium income (AMI) for Pinellas County as determined by HUD annually. Only one (1) application per family may be submitted. Only families with a maximum of six (6) household members may apply. Applications submitted with more than six (6) household members will be considered ineligible. The current HUD Income Limits for Pinellas County are listed below:

If you need assistance applying, there are two locations where you can go for help. The SPHA will have staff located outside the locations listed below that will be available to assist:

Wednesday, September 6, 2023, 8AM to 12PM - SPHA Central Office (2001 Gandy Blvd N., St. Petersburg, FL 33702)

Thursday, September 7, 2023, 12PM to 4PM - Jordan Park Management Office (1245 Jordan Park Street S., St. Petersburg, FL 33712)

However, applicants who need a Reasonable Accommodation can mail a written request to SPHA at 2001 Gandy Blvd. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33702. A Reasonable Accommodation request can also be emailed to JPWaitlist@stpeteha.org. Requests must be received by September 7, 2023. SPHA staff will respond, as appropriate, to provide the requested assistance.
