ATTENTION VENDORS: SPHA now uses an electronic submission process for all procurement solicitations. 

SPHA is now using Housing Agency Marketplace for all procurement needs. This will require registering as a new vendor, even if you have previously worked with us.

Signing up is free and also allows you to be notified when applicable solicitations are available from other agencies and companies.
