Jordan Park Apartments is now under NEW MANAGEMENT by the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA).

SPHA Chief Executive Officer Tony L. Love said, “Jordan Park is an important part of the history of St. Petersburg.  The Housing Authority wants to be sure that the development is managed and maintained to the same standards as the other properties owned by the Housing Authority.  The best way to do that is for the Housing Authority to purchase the development.”

SPHA will soon be opening the public housing wait lists for Jordan Park Apartments for all bedroom sizes. SPHA is committed to making Jordan Park Apartments a greatplace to live. One of the ways SPHA plans to do that is by making approximately $2 Million in repairs within the first few months of ownership. SPHA also plans to improve tenant-management relations, ensuring open communication and fulfilling the landlord requirements under the lease.
