SPHA Volunteers at Grand Prix

St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) staff volunteered at the St. Petersburg Grand Prix over the weekend, as SPHA’s first step in becoming more active in the community.

SPHA Chief Executive Officer Tony L. Love said, “I believe it’s important for SPHA to increase our presence in the community. The Grand Prix was a great opportunity to do that, and staff had a great time. We are currently looking at additional ways that SPHA can make a positive impact in St. Petersburg.”

SPHA Chairperson Dr. Delphinia Davis said, “As the Housing Authority, we make an impact on the lives of about 4,000 households every day, so it’s fitting that we become more involved in the community. Volunteering will also give us a chance to spread the word about the great work that we do.”
