The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) will be accepting pre-applications for its Seminole Square Apartments PBV Waiting List for one (1) and two (2) bedroom units. Beginning at 8:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, October 05, 2023, until 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, October 19, 2023. The SPHA is accepting pre-applications online at www.waitlistcheck.com/FL2738. No pre-applications will be accepted after the deadline of 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, October 19, 2023.
To be eligible for the Seminole Square Apartments PBV units, applicants MUST have income that does not exceed 30% of the average medium income (AMI) for Pinellas County as determined by HUD annually. Only one (1) application per family may be submitted.

However, applicants who need a Reasonable Accommodation can mail a written request to SPHA at 2001 Gandy Blvd. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33702. A Reasonable Accommodation request can also be emailed to JPWaitlist@stpeteha.org. Requests must be received by October 11, 2023. SPHA staff will respond, as appropriate, to provide the requested assistance.
