The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) is opening its offices to the public for walk-ins on specific weekdays at each of our three office locations:
SPHA's Central Office (Housing Choice Voucher Program, Administration, Human Resources)
- Open for walk-ins on Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Address: 2001 Gandy Blvd. North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702
Disston Place Management Office (Public Housing Program, Affordable Housing Program)
- Open for walk-ins on Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Address: 3940 55th Street North, St. Petersburg 33709 (on first floor between units 101 and 103)
Jordan Park Management Office
- Open for walk-ins on Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Address: 1245 Jordan Park Street South, St. Petersburg 33712
