Regular Board Meetings (2013)

Regular board meetings are held at 2:00 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of the month at SPHA's central office, 2001 Gandy Boulevard North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, unless otherwise indicated. No board meetings are scheduled for July and December. All public notices of board meetings are posted in advance on this page and in the "Public Notices and Documents" page of this website.

Committee Meetings (2013)

The SPHA Board of Commissioners has working committees to discuss and review housing authority operations and to determine their recommendations on proposed housing authority action for the consideration of the full board. Committees typically meet on the fourth Wednesday of the month at SPHA's central office, 2001 Gandy Boulevard North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, unless otherwise indicated. No committee meetings are scheduled in July and December. All public notices of committee meetings are posted in advance on this page and in the "Public Notices and Documents" page of this website.
