Hurricane and Other Disaster Preparedness

With the start of this year’s hurricane season on June 1, SPHA is encouraging our residents to prepare for potential emergency situations. While events like hurricanes, floods and fires are frightening to consider, having a disaster plan in place can help families react more calmly to the unexpected and can reduce the loss of life and damage to property in the event of an emergency.

Risk Control Policy

The safety and well-being of SPHA residents, guests and employees is very important. SPHA’s safety programs are designed to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. Please report all unsafe conditions to SPHA Property Managers, the Human Resources Officer, or Safety Committee members.
