Offering rental units at below market rates, affordable housing is a low-rent option for Housing Choice Voucher holders and the general public. Affordable housing properties serve families from 0-150 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI), allowing for better integration of low-income residents with other renters and property owners. Hurricane Preparedness
