SPHA to Host Free Training Seminar for Section 8 Landlords on February 15

ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA – On Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at 3:00 p.m., the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) will hold an informative training seminar for local landlords and owners, who currently are participating in SPHA’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) / Section 8 program or who are interested in learning more about it. The seminar will take place SPHA’s central office at 888 Executive Center Drive West, Suite 100, in St. Petersburg.

The free seminar will cover general information about being a HCV / Section 8 landlord. Seminar participants also will have the opportunity to ask questions about the voucher program and to provide feedback to SPHA staff.

Landlords and/or owners interested in attending the seminar should RSVP to section8@stpeteha.org, prior to February 14.
