SPHA to Host Free Landlord Training Seminar on June 2
ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA – On Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at 3:00 p.m., the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) will hold an informative training seminar for local landlords, featuring speakers from Fair Housing and Bay Area Legal Services. The free seminar will be held at the Rogall Building, 300 10th Street South in St. Petersburg.
Landlords interested in attending should RSVP to section8@stpeteha.org, prior to June 1.
SPHA regularly hosts workshops to introduce interested area landlords to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. Through the HCV program, SPHA serves more than 3,000 families, putting more than $22 million in housing assistance payments directly into St. Petersburg’s local economy annually.
